Native: Because it is a hybrid, Alocasia 'Polly' lacks a particular native habitat. It is bred from native species found in Southeast Asia's tropical rainforests. Alocasia is a member of the Araceae family, which is also referred to as the Arum family. Other well-known plants in this varied family include Monstera (Swiss Cheese Plant), Caladium (Angel Wing), and Zantedeschia (Calla Lily).
