Frequently asked questions
Which gas type and regulator do I need in the UAE?
Most home BBQs in the UAE run on LPG using a standard residential gas cylinder (the same one used in your kitchen) and a low-pressure regulator. If your villa or restaurant has a piped natural-gas line, you will need the Natural Gas variant of the grill plus a natural-gas regulator. We can confirm the right setup for your property on WhatsApp before you order.
Can I use this BBQ indoors or in a covered kitchen?
No. All gas and charcoal BBQs are for outdoor use only. They must be operated in a well-ventilated open area at least 1 metre from walls, pergolas, glass, and combustible materials. Never use them in enclosed balconies, garages, or indoor kitchens.
How do I register the warranty?
Keep your AGC order confirmation as your proof of purchase this is enough for warranty claims with us. For Napoleon, we also recommend registering your serial number on the manufacturer site to activate the lifetime burner warranty. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number if you need help.
How do I clean and care for my grill?
After each cook, burn off residue on high for 10 minutes, then brush the grates with a stainless brush while still warm. Wipe exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and warm soapy water no abrasive cleaners. Empty the grease tray after every 2–3 cooks. A fitted cover is the single biggest factor in long-term durability.
What about the UAE summer do I need to store it?
You do not need to move the grill indoors. UAE summer heat does not damage powder-coated and stainless components. The real risk is humidity and dust both are solved by a fitted cover. If your villa is exposed to sea air, give the grates and burners a wipe-down once a month.
How is the grill delivered?
Fully assembled and ready to use. Our delivery team brings the grill to your kerb, lobby, or villa entrance and places it where you need it. Plan for a second adult on hand if your set-up spot is upstairs or across a long pathway. For villa, rooftop, or multi-unit placements, message us on WhatsApp before checkout.
