Changes to Your Order
If you wish to change your order, please email us at marketing@acaciagardencenter.com, call us at +971 52 212 9378, or visit our Garden Center in Al Warsan 3.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. However, we can only guarantee changes, including changes to the delivery address, when requested at least 24 hours before dispatch.
Cancelling Your Order
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
You can cancel your order by emailing marketing@acaciagardencenter.com, calling +971 52 212 9378, or visiting Acacia Garden Center.
Cancellation requests made 24 hours or less before the intended delivery date are not permitted.
Returns & Exchanges
At Acacia Garden Center, we are committed to providing high-quality plants, pots, planters, and garden products. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery so that we can assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
For eligible returns or exchanges, the item must be in its original condition and may be subject to inspection and approval by our team.
Drainage Holes:
For pots and planters, any request for drainage holes must be clearly specified at the time of ordering. Once drainage holes have been drilled or otherwise modified, the item cannot be returned or exchanged, as it has been customized according to the customer's request.
Failure to Report an Issue:
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any damage, defect, incorrect item, or other issue with the order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues that are not reported to us immediately upon delivery.
Change of Mind:
Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind for any reason are not accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, a change in preference, size, colour, style, suitability, or any other personal reason.
Delivery Charges for Eligible Exchanges
Where an order is eligible for an exchange and the exchange is approved by Acacia Garden Center, delivery charges for the replacement item may apply and will be borne by the customer.
Any applicable delivery or collection charges will be communicated to the customer before the exchange is processed.
