Shipping policy
We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates.
1. Coverage
• Delivery is available across all locations in the UAE*.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed immediately after purchase, with a confirmation email sent detailing the items and costs.
3. Delays
• In case of delays beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and minimize disruptions.
4. Shipping
• Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) or as per the agreed delivery date.
5. Updates
• Delivery instructions can be updated using WhatsApp.
6. Proof of Delivery
• Drivers take photos as evidence for items left at the doorstep per your instructions.
7. Failed Deliveries
• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will notify you to rearrange or collect it. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled.
8. Permits
• Customers must secure required permits in advance to avoid delays.
9. Tax Invoice
• A tax invoice will be provided upon delivery.
