Frequently Asked Questions
Will the colours fade in the UAE sun?
Madison Canvas Eco+ fabric is UV-resistant, so colours hold up well in direct sunlight. To keep them at their best for longer, store cushions in a dry, shaded spot or use a cover when they are not in use.
Can cushions stay outside in the rain?
The fabric has a water-repellent finish that handles splashes and light rain. It is not fully waterproof, so after heavy rain stand the cushion on its side to dry, and bring it inside during long wet or dusty spells.
How do I clean Madison cushions?
Wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them air dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, which can affect the colour and the water-repellent finish.
Will it fit my furniture?
Each product lists its exact size, for example 40 × 40 cm seat cushions, 97 × 49 cm stacking chair cushions and 60 × 190 cm sunlounger cushions. Measure your seat or lounger and compare. Not sure? Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right size.
