Euphorbia pulcherrima, commonly known as the Poinsettia, is a well-known plant that’s especially popular during the Christmas season. Native to Mexico and Central America, Poinsettias are famous for their bright, colorful bracts, which are often mistaken for flowers but are actually modified leaves. The true flowers are small and located at the center of the bracts.

Light Requirements:
Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sunlight can cause the bracts and leaves to fade or burn, while too little light will result in poor color development.

Watering:
Moderate water needs: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it's important not to let the plant sit in standing water. Ensure the pot has good drainage.
During the blooming season (winter), reduce watering slightly.

Soil:
