Ehretia Ball, also known as Ehretia Microphylla, is a small shrub that belongs to the Boraginaceae family. Originating in Asia, it is typically found in regions that are tropical or subtropical. It is named "Ehretia Ball" because of its spherical form. The plant has tiny, glossy leaves that are a deep green hue. Their texture is smooth and they are arranged alternatingly on the stem. The plant bears tiny white flowers that bloom in clusters throughout the summer. The plant bears a small, round, fleshy drupe that, when ripe, changes color from green to black. A hardy plant, Ehretia Ball can withstand a broad variety of soil types and climates. It prefers soil that drains well and some shade over direct sunlight. It's simple to grow and care for the plant.

The moment you complete your purchase, your order will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;
Orders are shipped within three (3) days, between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

It is driver procedure to take picture as evidence for any order left at your doorstep as per your instruction.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from our showroom or warehouse, we will contact you for further instructions. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
It is your responsibility to arrange all the necessary permits required by the establishments. Permits must be process ahead of time to avoid delays.
